Organic "Ärilstypknäcke" is a thin and hard crispbread, which is known for its poignancy. Originally was this type of knäckebröd baked directly on the floor of a fireplace, the hearth (Äril in Swedish).

*KRAV-organic ingredients. Origin organic farms in Sweden.
The proportion of whole grains is 99% calculated on the product's dry matter.
