Welcome to Knackebrodonline® and the website knackebrodonline.com. Both brand and website are owned by HF Gruppen AB, Hejde Forse 650, 623 75 Klintehamn, organisation number 556949-0245, ("HF Gruppen", "we", "us, "our"). These general terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when you as a customer ("you", "customer") place an order and complete a purchase via knackebrodonline.com and related pages ("the website"). Agreements can be entered into by private persons over 18 years of age who reside in Sweden. If you live in another EU country, these terms and conditions apply to the extent that they do not deviate from local consumer law.

Ordering

You place your order on our website, knackebrodonline.com. Our help guide explains how to order. You must accept these general terms and conditions and our privacy policy to complete the purchase. We confirm the order by sending an order confirmation to the email address you provided, concluding the final agreement between you as a customer and HF Gruppen.

HF Gruppen reserves the right not to approve orders that contain incorrect personal data if fraud is suspected and payment against invoice if the customer's credit check is not approved. Read more under Payment.

Prices and product images

When you enter knackebrodonline.com, the prices will be in EUR, including VAT. Once on the page, you can display prices and complete the purchase in currencies other than EUR. Available currencies in addition to EUR are SEK, DKK, NOK, CHF, GBP and USD. The VAT rate varies depending on the selected delivery country. You can always see the total VAT amount at checkout before purchasing. Depending on your chosen shipping option, shipping costs are added and reported at checkout. We reserve the right for any price, stock and product information errors caused by printing errors or technical problems. Our ambition is always to give the client the correct information. Minor changes in the product's content may occur over time, and we ask you to always check the information on the product's packaging before use. If you have ordered an item with a noticeable price error, we will contact you and reserve the right to charge the difference or let you cancel the purchase.

Product images on the website can sometimes differ slightly from reality and are not always an exact representation of the physical product. Colors, materials, and appearance may also vary due to image quality and monitor settings on different devices.

Payment

We use Nets Easy as a payment solution. Depending on the selected delivery country and currency, Nets Easy offers several different payment methods. When you pay, you confirm Nets Easy's terms of use and Knackebrodonline's General Terms and Conditions. At checkout, you can choose between the different payment methods available for the country and currency you selected. You can read more about the different payment options on the Payment page.

Shipping and delivery

At checkout, you can choose between different shipping methods. You can read more about the alternative methods, prices, and delivery times here: Shipping and delivery terms. The shipping price varies depending on the total weight of the package and the selected delivery country.

Usually, we process your order within 24 hours (weekdays, excluding holidays) so that the order can leave our warehouse, provided we have the item in stock. When the goods have left our warehouse, delivery responsibility passes to the shipping companies that deliver your order within the specified time for the selected shipping method and by the information registered by the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on the distributor and delivery address, but delivery usually takes place within 2-4 days in Sweden. If the package ships outside Sweden, you can count on 3-9 days for delivery time.

If any product is out of stock after you complete the order, the delivery time may be extended. If applicable, we will notify the receiver and estimate the delivery time. You can then cancel the order free of charge.

If you have placed several different orders with the same recipient and delivery address and we have not had time to send them, we will, in most cases, combine them and deliver them as one order. We will refund one shipping cost if you have paid twice for shipping. If this should happen, we will send you a confirmation. 

Regarding deliveries outside the EU, the following applies:

Every shipment recipient from Knackebrodonline must pay their country's special customs duty and VAT. Duty and VAT are charged separately by the authorities within the country and must be paid in advance by the customer before final delivery can take place.

Right of withdrawal and return

As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. Please note that food is exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned. The cancellation period starts to apply from the day the consumer receives the order. In case of partial delivery, the cancellation period applies from the day the last part of the order has been delivered. If the last day of the cooling-off period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the cooling-off period is extended so that it also applies to the following weekday. If you regret your purchase, please contact us. After you have contacted us, you must return the product to us within 14 days, and the refund can be withheld until we have received proof that the return has taken place or we have the item in our possession.

To exercise the right of withdrawal and receive a full refund, the product must be unused and undamaged. If it is not in an unchanged condition, we may reduce the price by the amount of its decrease in value.

You, as the customer, are responsible for paying any return costs. Feel free to contact our customer service if you have further questions about the right to cancel and returns or wish to use the right to cancel. You can notify us by phone and email. You can use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form for canceled purchases and email it to us.

Refund

We will refund the full purchase price, at the latest within 14 days after you notify us that you wish to use your right of withdrawal, provided we have received the item(s). If we have not received the item(s) in return within these 14 days, we can wait to refund the amount until we receive proof that the item(s) have been returned.

If you return an entire order (all products), the standard shipping cost will also be refunded. However, the difference will not be refunded if you choose a delivery option other than the standard one we offer. 

We will refund you through the same payment method used for the purchase. 

Unclaimed packages

We reserve the right to charge handling costs arising from unclaimed packages. We charge the shipping cost in both directions and an administration fee of SEK 200, including VAT. The shipment stays with the agent for 7 days before it returns. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you first need to pick up the package and then obtain approval to return it as described above.

Complaints and dispute resolution

As a consumer, you have the right to complain in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. Goods with no limited shelf life (such as food) are subject to a 36-month right of complaint. Complaints must always be made within a reasonable time after the fault is discovered, and depending on when we receive the complaint, you, as a customer, may have the burden of proof to prove that the fault is an original fault. Two months is considered to be a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. If it discovers after six months from the delivery date, the burden of proof is on you as the customer.

If you have received a defective or wrongly dispatched item, please immediately contact Customer Service at +46 498 214 314 or email info@knackebrodonline.com to advertise the product. If you can, take some pictures, and we will find a suitable solution. If you think a product you have bought from us is incorrect, but we disagree with you, we have a dispute. To have this dispute tried, you can contact the General Claims Board, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We participate in dispute resolution and follow ARN's recommendations. You can also proceed with your complaint on the EU's standard dispute resolution page, which you can find here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

You can cancel your subscription anytime by clicking on an unsubscribe link in the newsletter or contacting our customer service.

According to the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can request the information we have registered about you. You can request correction or removal from our customer register if you consider it incorrect or irrelevant. Feel free to contact our customer service, and we will help you. However, if we need the information to fulfill an agreement with you or if there are legal requirements for us to keep the personal data, we cannot delete it.
