Shipping  and delivery terms

Knackebrodonline delivers to addresses in Sweden,  countries within the EU  and  Norway. The shipping methods available for each country will be shown in the checkout when choosing the country for deliverance. You change it either directly in the shopping cart or when you have arrived at the checkout.

The cheapest shipping option is selected. If you want a different shipping option than the default, you have to choose one of the other options presented. If you return as a customer and place a new order, the option chosen earlier is showed as the default shipping method.

The shipping price varies depending on the weight of the package based on the following intervals:

  • 0-3 kg
  • 3-5 kg
  • 5-10 kg
  • 10-20 kg

Note! Depending on the current pandemic, there may be slightly longer delivery times. The freight companies are always doing their utmost to ensure that delivery times are affected as little as possible. 

Track deliverance

After the order has been packed and ready to send, we send a delivery confirmation to the email address entered at the time of the order. In the delivery confirmation, you will find the shipping ID  that you use to track the shipment. Download the app "My Packages " so it is easy to track shipments regardless of distributor and that you collect all the information needed to pick up the package.

  

If you haven't downloaded the My Packages app to your mobile phone, you can do so through the App Store or Google Play depending on your mobile phone.

If the notification, when the package is available to collect is lost, you can pick up the deliverance with Shipping ID/tracking number/serial number and personal ID.

Delivery to agent

To collect the shipment, you need Identification and the number found in the SMS or email notification. Remember always to be able to show Identification when collecting packages. In case another person is sent to pick up a deliverance, this person must show both people's ID.

The shipment is staying at the agent for 14 days before it returns. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of SEK 200 + shipping cost, including VAT for not collected packages. The return shipping cost corresponds to the distributor's price for the shipping method selected at the time of order.

Hemleverans

When it comes to home deliveries, we have two different options in Sweden, home delivery daytime without a receipt and home delivery in the evening with notification and receipt. To receive the shipment when the receipt is required,  you need to identify you and sign the receipt. If another person is receiving the package, this person must present both persons' Identification.

We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of SEK 200 + shipping cost, including VAT for packages that could not be delivered. The return shipping cost corresponds to the distributor's price for the shipping method selected at the time of order.

 

Shipping within Sweden

DHL Service Point (Agent)

  • 2-5  weekdays
  • Notified by email or SMS
  • The package delivers to the nearest DHL agent based on the delivery address's zip code.
  • DHL has about 1600 agents in Sweden.
  • Maximum weight of 20 kg

Once the package arrives at the agent, a notification sends to the email address and mobile number registered at the order. The package can then be collected using a Swedish ID. Unclaimed parcels return to the sender 14 days after arrival at the agent.

Schenker Parcel (Agents)

  • 2-5  weekdays
  • Notified by email or SMS
  • The package delivers to the nearest DB Schenker agent based on the delivery address's zip code.
  • DB Schenker has about 1600 agents in Sweden.
  • Maximum weight of 20 kg

  • 2-5 weekdays
  • The package is delivered home and placed at the door
    • If you order: Day without notification
      • Delivery takes place during the day without notice in advance
      • No receipt is required
    • If you order: Day with notification
      • Delivery takes place during the day with notice in advance
      • Receipt is required
    • If you order: Evening with notification
      • Delivery takes place during the evening with notice in advance
      • Receipt is required
  • Deliverances throughout Sweden
  • Maximum weight of 30  kg

 

Shipping within Europa

DHL Parcel Connect

  • 3-9  weekdays
  • Notified by email or SMS
  • The package delivers to the nearest DHL agent based on the delivery address's zip code and city.
  • Maximum weight of 20 kg
  • Deliverance is possible to the following EU countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Austria.
  • Delivers to the following countries outside the EU: Norway

Once the package has arrived, a notification sends to the email address and mobile number registered at the order. The parcel can then be collected using an ID and Shipping ID. Please note that agents in smaller locations may sometimes have limited delivery, which may affect delivery time. Unclaimed packages will return to sender 14 days after arrival at the agent.

Terms and conditions regarding deliveries to Norway

Each recipient of a shipment from Knackebrodonline is obliged to pay their country's special duty and VAT.  These costs shall not be confused with the shipping cost paid when ordering. Customs duties and VAT are charged separately from the authorities and must be paid in advance by the customer before the final delivery can occur.
