Knackebrodonline is an online store specialising in knäckebröd and where we sell crispbread from several different bakeries. You order your favourite knäckebröd online, and we will deliver it to where you want it delivered. We ship to addresses in Sweden, the EU, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, the UK, Canada and the USA. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, special delivery conditions such as customs duty and VAT may apply at the time of import. The shipping methods available for each country show when you choose the delivery country. You do this directly in the shopping cart after placing a product or arriving at checkout. We pack the knäckebröd tight and carefully to ensure that the knäckebröd is delivered entirely and nicely and not as muesli.

The shipping price varies depending on the package's weight and the volume required to package the crispbread and send it to the address where the customer wishes to deliver it. Sometimes we get asked why shipping costs a lot. Yes, shipping is never free, as the shipping companies charge for shipping packages from A to B. Since knäckebröd does not weigh so much but quickly becomes a little larger package when packed, the shipping companies' billing is based on the volume weight, i.e. the package's total volume. This volume weight calculates according to the freight companies' internal formulas.
Here's an example. Say you buy knäckebröd, and the actual weight is 5 kg. We will use a cardboard box with the size 39x39x34 cm to pack this order, converted to volume weight, which is 15 kg. Therefore 15 kg is the weight the shipping company charges us for, not 5 kg.
When the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped, we send a confirmation to the email address provided at the time of order. The shipping confirmation has a Shipment ID and a link to the shipping company's tracking service that you can use to track the shipment.
Suppose the notification sent to you when the shipment is available for collection, for some reason, has been lost. In that case, picking up the package with package ID/tracking number/serial number and identification is possible.
Identification and the number in the SMS or email notification are required to pick up the shipment. Remember always to be able to show identification when picking up packages. If a courier is sent to pick up packages, the courier must present both people's identification.
The shipment is with the agent for 14 days before being returned. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of SEK 200 + shipping cost, incl. VAT for packages that are not picked up. The return shipping cost corresponds to the distributor's price for the shipping method selected when ordering.
