Shipping & Delivery terms

Knackebrodonline delivers to addresses in countries outside Sweden within the EU. The shipping methods offered are based on the delivery country.

After specifying the delivery address, the different shipping options or options are available. The cheapest shipping option is selected. If you want a different freight alternative than the default one, you must choose another alternative that presented. If you return as a customer and place a new order, the option selected the time before will be displayed as the default shipping method.

Shipping method within the EU

DHL Parcel Connect

  • The deliverance of package will be to the nearest DHL representative based on the postal code and place of delivery.

At the time for arrival, shipment and parcel ID will be notified either to the email address or the mobile number registered in connection with the order. The package can then be retrieved by using ID and parcel ID. Please note that agents in smaller towns can sometimes have a limited drop-out, which can affect delivery time. Unclaimed parcels will return to the sender 14 days after arrival to the agent.

  • Delivers throughout the EU

UPS will notify the shipment and when it will be delivered either by the email address or to the mobile number registered at the time of the order.

Upon receipt, the recipient must be able to identify himself. UPS makes three attempts to deliver the shipment, and if it fails, the package will return to the sender.

Tracking parcel

When an order is packed and ready for delivery, a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of order. In the delivery confirmation, there is a tracking link that you can click to track your shipment.

Delivery to agents

To be able to retrieve a shipment, identification is required as well as the number found in the text or email notification. Remember always to be able to show credentials when picking up the parcel. In case someone else is collecting the package, they need to show both their own and your identification document.

The shipment is kept at the access point for 14 days before being returned. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of SEK 200 incl. VAT for the parcel that is not collected.

Door-to- door delivery

To receive the shipment, you need to be able to identify yourself. In case someone else is picking up the package, they must be able to show the identity of both persons.

After three delivery attempts, the parcel will return to sender. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of SEK 200 incl. VAT for parcels that are not collected.
