The crispbreads/crackers are bake with seed protein, milk protein or whey protein. That provides a protein-rich crispbread with a low content of carbohydrates. All Swedish Protein Deli's crispbread/crackers are gluten-free and baked entirely without additives.
The bakery bakes gluten- and wheat-free crispbread/crackers, which means that it does not allow any products containing wheat or gluten in the production area – all to eliminate the risk of cross-contamination with cereals containing gluten.
All cereals used are certified gluten-free. Finished products will regularly be tested for gluten. Many so-called gluten-free crispbread and crackers are often a bad imitation of the real products.
