It is baked according to an old, proven recipe with only four simple ingredients: rye flour, water, yeast and salt. The crispbread is baked by hand in a wood-fired oven. This results in a thin, light, crispy crispbread with a full-bodied flavour and delicate toasted nuances.
The package contains a quarter cake, so it does not take too much space if you are a little short on storage space for your crispbread or if you have not tasted the crispbread before and want to try it before buying a larger package.
