Hejde Knäcke is baked from natural ingredients and is a handmade knäckebröd delicacy with a lot of flavour. Sunflower & Linseed, along with Sunflower & Cumin, were the first crispbreads that Hejde Knäcke began baking when they opened their bakery in 2009. In August 2025, the recipe was changed from Sunflower & Flaxseed to only Flaxseed. The reason for this was that flaxseed is now grown near the bakery, making the knäckebröd even more locally produced. This locally grown seed has a fantastic taste. Hejde Knäcke Linfrö is highly appreciated for its clean and pleasant taste, which pairs well with most cheeses on the cheese board.
