Easter bread is a knäckebröd based on wheat flour, bake on the same old recipe as Roslagsbröd since ancient times baked its appreciated Christmas bread.  This crispbread bakes from fine wheat flour and wholemeal rye flour from Mälardalen, all for the excellent taste. A knäckebröd to enjoy before, during and after Easter.

Ja Roslagsbröds Påskbröd skiljer sig lite mot traditionellt knäckebröd då det bakas på vetemjöl. Blir lite ljusare och ganska hårt och om man gillar det vet man ju inte förran man provat det men det är en liten vattendelare, många älskar det medan andra tycker lite mer som dig. /Peter
