Easter bread is a knäckebröd based on wheat flour, baked using the same traditional recipe as Roslagsbröd since ancient times, and appreciated as their traditional Christmas bread. This crispbread is made from fine wheat flour and wholemeal rye flour from Mälardalen, all for the excellent taste—a knäckebröd to enjoy before, during and after Easter.
