Sigdal Bakeri's gluten-free knäckebröd is a brittle and flavorful seed cracker with a taste of Sunflower kernels and Quinoa. The seed cracker is full of nutrients and is a natural antioxidant bomb. The extra coarse crispbread is baked on only natural ingredients and contains 59% seeds and kernels. It is also a source of protein as it contains 10.3% dietary fibre.
