Saltå Kvarns Dinkelknäcke is a fibre-rich and crunchy crispbread with an excellent taste of spelt. The crispbread bakes on wholemeal flour of spelt, wholemeal flour of rye, yeast and sea salt. Spelt crackers are baked in a wood oven at Pyramidbageriet in Dala-Järna on flour from Saltå Kvarn.
Ingredients: Whole wheat flour of spelt* (58%), whole wheat flour* (29%), water, yeast, sea salt, malt flour of BARLEY* *KRAV-certified organic ingredient.
