The characteristic taste comes from baking in a pine-wood oven. The bread has been awarded the Swedish Gastronomic Academy's diploma and awarded by the Sandahl Foundation. Perfectly suited to smoked products of all kinds, spicy patés, well-ripened cheeses and salty toppings. The acidity of the bread gives a bold flavour to the saltiness and spice.
