Mjälloms Sweet potato Thinbread 120 g

Sweet potatoes are our latest thinbread with the roots of our traditional thinbread laced with sweet potatoes. Since it is a slightly more hard-baked thinbread, we bake it a little extra, and together with the sweet potatoes, you get a tasty and rustic thinbread.

The bread is sawn in convenient portions, and the unique packaging makes it easy to serve. Store Mjällom's Thinbread cool and in normal humidity for best durability.

Ingredients:

WHEAT flour, water, sweet potato (10%), RYE flour, WHEAT gluten, syrup, malted BARLEY flour, salt, yeast, ammonium carbonate.
