Mjälloms Dinkel is a fibre-rich flatbread with a distinct taste of dinkel baked on dinkel from our Swedish fields. The flatbread is golden-baked and flavorful. This flatbread fits perfectly in the bread basket in most contexts as a meal accessory for breakfast and snacks but also lends itself well to a finer dinner. Dinkel, also called spelt, is a primordial wheat with higher protein and fibre content than ordinary wheat. Mjälloms Dinkel flatbread contains 39% spelt.
