Dried rye bread with seeds is a novelty from Linkosuo. Dried rye bread is a special type of crispbread, a Finnish speciality, and this particular variety contains a mix of light and dark seeds. The secret to this crispbread's great popularity is the natural taste of real sourdough and rye, as well as crunchiness and a lot of dietary fibre. Only a few masters know how to bake Linkosuo's crispy dried rye bread Varrasleipä (skewer bread if you translate it into English). At Linkosuo's baking ovens in Mannakorpi, Kangasala, Finland, this knowledge has been known since 1960.
