Leksands Knäckebröds Tre Kullor is a series of artisanal baked thin crackers. Tre Kullor Sea salt with Seeds & Teff is a dark and rustic crispbread with good taste from natural raw materials such as sea salt, different seeds and teff. The dough sets by hand and then baked traditionally on baking sheets in pastry ovens. All the water used in baking comes from Leksands Knäckebröd's own source.
Teff (Eragrostis Teff) is a natural, gluten-free cereal cultivated for thousands of years and has its original residence in the Ethiopian and Eritrean highlands. The characteristics of teff grits allow you to bake a tasty and rich seed knäckebröd with a mild nutty flavour without using wheat flour.
Teff is rich in fibre and is a good source of protein. Furthermore, teff contains magnesium, calcium and iron. The teff flour that Leksands Knäckebröd uses imports from Spain.
