Tunnknäcket Tre Kullor with a taste of Ramson, Seeds and Sea Salt meets the taste of the fresh wild garlic with a nutty seed flavour and a delicate rounding from sea salt. The flavour combination is reminiscent of summer, sun, and warm days in the forest or on the archipelago cliff. Tre Kullor Ramson, Seeds & Sea Salt is perfect with homemade cream cheese, a cream cheese preferably flavoured with ramson and lemon zest or, if you want, a little rougher version with horseradish and lemon. The crunchy and deliciously crispy cracker suits the cheese board or a finer starter with dips. Just like all crispbreads from Tre Kullor, the thin crispbread is baked classically at Leksands Knäckebröd's artisan bakery. The bread is baked in a particular part of the bakery where the doughs are set by hand and baked on baking sheets in pastry ovens.
