Tre Kullor is an artisanal thin knäckebröd, where the natural ingredients of Swedish oats, sea salt, seeds and water from Leksands Knäckebröd's source are the bread's taste heroes. The doughs are set by hand and then baked traditionally on baking sheets in pastry ovens.
The first oats were grown in the Mediterranean 2000 years ago. Today, Swedish oats enrich Leksands Knäckebröd's Tre Kullor with their delicious taste, which, in combination with oat bran, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds and popped barley kernels, gives a beautiful, tasty and healthy thin crackers.
This thin oat knäckebröd is crisp and rich with a character that can only be obtained from the finest Swedish oats. Combined with seeds and sea salt, it becomes a thin cracker that is difficult to live without. Tre Kullor Oats & Sea Salt is suitable for breakfast and the cheese and charcuterie board and is a traditional thin cracker that, with its lovely seeds and popped grains, gives this crispbread an exciting taste.
