Din Glädje is a rustic crispbread baked-on whole-grain rye flour with a flavouring with fennel, anise, and sea salt. Your Joy was named the Crispbread of the Year in 2019 by the Crispbread Academy. On February 19, which is the crispbread day, the crispbread baker who baked the best crispbread is honoured. In 2019, the winner was Pär Westergren from Wasabröd, who was awarded a diploma and the Knäckebröds Academy's honor mark for the creation of this particular bread.
