Roslagsbröd normally bakes its knäckebröd on organic flour, but the Original knäckebröd is baked on conventional wholegrain rye. Just like Roslagsbröd's other knäckebröds, this is a really hard knäckebröd. You should be careful when eating this knäckebröd if you have weak teeth.
