Fäbodknäcke from LEKSANDS KNÄCKEBRÖD is a little crustier and thinner knäckebröd with a lovely homemade taste. Fäbodknäcke bakes on locally grown rye and water from its own source. The crispbread is a slightly more luxurious bread for festive occasions. Inspiration for this crispbread comes from one of Leksands Knäckebröd's former bakers, Land Alice Gustafsson. At the (seasonal) mountain holding Skallskog where she grew up, not far from Leksand, crispbread baking was part of everyday chores. After many years as a baker at Leksands Knäckebröd, Alice retired to the place where she grew up when she retired. There she now continues to bake her good knäckebröd.

WHOLEMEAL RYE FLOUR, corn flour, water, salt, yeast.
Could contain traces of soya.
