
1. Break a few pieces of crispbread or cut with a serrated bread knife.
2. Finely chop a clove of garlic.
3. Mix the garlic, a little butter, and chopped parsley.
4. Spread the mixed butter on the crispbread pieces.
5. Heat in oven at 200 degrees for about 5 min.
6. Garnish with a little chopped parsley.
Ready and you have a nice and tasty snack when you have guests or just as a small snack.
75 g of room temperature regular salted butter
about 1 cup finely grated long-aged hard cheese
1–2 ml measuring spoon of mustard powder (optional)
salt (optional)
1. Mix butter and grated cheese.
2. Add a little mustard powder and season with salt.
Tip. If you like Blue Cheese, you can also use it to make butter on it.
If you want to sniff it a little more, you garnish it with a good piece of charcuterie in thin slices and a sprig of thyme.
