Cheese butter

75 g of room temperature regular salted butter

1–2 ml measuring spoon of mustard powder (optional)

salt (optional)

1. Mix butter and grated cheese.

2. Add a little mustard powder and season with salt.

Tip. If you like Blue Cheese, you can also use it to make butter on it.

If you want to sniff it a little more, you garnish it with a good piece of charcuterie in thin slices and a sprig of thyme.

Wow, this recipe sounds amazing! I love the idea of combining garlic and parsley with crispbread. Do you have a favorite type of hard cheese to use for the cheese butter? I might try this with some blue cheese too—great tip! Thanks for sharing this delicious snack idea! 😄
