Leksands Knäckebröd Sourdough is a dark and musty knäckebröd. The secret is in the dough when baked with sourdough, which gives a robust knäckebröd with many flavours, lovely acidity and is rich in fibre (23%). A sourdough shell takes considerably longer to ferment, which gives nice crispiness.
