Sur-Rut is a robust knäckebröd with incredible flavour, baked on sourdough! The dough is set with sourdough and a little yeast before it is allowed to rise for a long time. Then the bread is rolled and baked extra hot to get a vibrant taste. This crispbread is a grid bread with a distinct character. Sur-Rut bakes on locally grown rye and water from its own water source. Leksands Knäckebröd is genuine pleasure since 1817.
