Knäckebröd with egg and green pea hummus

Boil one egg, preferably with a bit of creamy yellow. I think that's the best. Spread the green hummus on the knäckebröd, then put on the egg, sliced or in halves. Top with optional sprouts or finely cut chives. Eat and enjoy!

Recipe for green pea hummus

Ingredients

400 g of frozen green peas

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1.5 tablespoons tahini

1 clove of garlic

2 pinch of salt

Here's how to do it

Thaw the peas.

Mix all the ingredients with a hand blender or food processor to a smooth cream.

Season to taste with a little more salt and lemon if you think it's needed.
